Liked: Niceish room
Disliked: Elevator broken down, was locked out of my room in the middle of the night and forced to stay in another room without any of my things. Battery was dead in the door lock and for some reason they couldn’t fix it.. inexcusable.

Exceptional

Liked: Maxine was extremely accommodating at check-in. Rooms are super nice and comfortable. Central to so much to do. Kayla was pleasant upon check-out.
Disliked: The valet rate and late-night unavailability.

Good choice for a downtown...

Liked: New hotel with nice design. Rooms are with good size
Disliked: Some maintenance issues. I discussed with the front desk at time of departure. Parking a car is too expensive.

Disliked: Was waiting for 20 minutes for reception worker. I had to walk around the first floor to find him and he appeared to be talking with someone and just chilling in the restaurant area.

Decent to bad experience

Liked: I like the location - very central. The size of the room is big and clean in regards to the price. So it's a good value to your money.
Disliked: There's no room service. The cleaning lady comes once a day at her own schedule and if you happen to be sleeping or busy in your room during that time, she won't come back until the next day. I asked the front desk to clean my room but they didn't do anything. The telephone in the room doesn't work so if you need anything you have to come down and ask the front desk. There's no boiler in the room and the fridge is really tiny and barely works. The curtains were not in perfect conditions.

Fantastic stay to recharge!

Liked: Great staff at front desk, valets and restaurants. Fantastic view from rooftop bar with great food and cocktails.
Disliked: Room a bit warm
