AVOID coming here, would not...
Liked: Not much positive to say, this was a terrible stay. I liked that there were 2 TVs in the room, that was nice. The full size fridge and kitchenette are nice to have.
Disliked: Many things were bad about this stay. Let’s start with basics. When you are traveling, there are 2 basic things you need in a hotel. First, comfortable beds to sleep in and second is a good shower. Neither of those basics were met at this hotel.My son was using the pull out couch to sleep on, naturally he needed bedding for it. I went to the front desk to ask for bedding and was told they didn’t have anything!!!! What?!? He quite literally handed me 1 singular sheet for the bed and said that’s all he had. Wow. Also there was nearly no hot water. We had luke warm to COLD showers the entire weekend. When I asked about this the staff told me it’s probably because they were booked this weekend. Seriously? You can’t provide hot showers for your guests?On to the annoyances:* When I checked in the first thing I asked about was the pool. I was immediately told that the pool was down and wouldn’t be functional for months. Wouldn’t you warn your incoming guests of this??? My 8 year old daughter made the 5 hour trip because she was very excited to swim in the pool at the hotel. I wouldn’t have brought her for the weekend had I known this. She was so upset.* The key cards are a total joke!!!! A total of 3 separate times I had to reactivate my card to get into my room. I was constantly blamed by the staff saying I likely had my card too close to my phone. NO DIDN’T! I am very good about keeping them separate because this has happened to me before. The third time I had to reactivate it I finally got annoyed and told the gentleman at the desk that maybe they should invest in better cards and he had the nerve to tell me I should “wrap my card in foil”….. I honestly think I gave him a “wtf” face when he said that… I’m blown away. Maybe you should invest in a better solution, I’ve never had this many problems and I have been to a lot of hotels.* the kitchen is very poorly stocked. There was exactly 1 bowl, 3 small plates and 1 dinner plate. Almost no cups.

It's too bad about the...
Liked: Having a full separate bedroom with a door was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Suites were big, especially the bathroom. Staff was accommodating, especially when I had to move rooms.
Disliked: Hard water stains on all water fixtures, dishes & silverware, so I had to scrub everything in order to cook. The shower diverter was stuck due to the scale, so I couldn't take a shower in the first room. The washers and dryers were not online for the 2 weeks I was there, so I had to go to a laundromat.

Disappointing
Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Dishes where very dirty and not checked by housekeeping (got us fresh ones on frontdesk), dishwasher old and dirty, TV only worked one night, heater not working well, floors not vacuumed, pool in repair, only one elevator working....disappointing.
