Exceptional

Liked: My favourite part about this hotel is that they had a little store of food and a variety of toiletries and snacks and things someone might need who ends up at a hotel in the middle of the night. What I was amazed by was that the prices were incredibly affordable. They had an opportunity to offer these items at a high rate but they instead priced everything very reasonably. I think that’s honestly very classy, and something you don’t see in other comparable hotels.

Marvelous Staff and Comfortable Accommodations

Liked: If you are in need of a place to stay that is close to the airport or NDSU then I would highly recommend this property. It offered great value and a very hospitable staff. The room itself also was clean and comfortable. There are also plenty of places to eat within walking distance. They do have adequate gym facilities and over not only a free shuttle to the airport but also free laundry for guests (no need to go home with a bag of dirty clothes)!
Disliked: As I reflect on my stay I can't say that there is much that I didn't like. Although not necessarily close to downtown, it was conveniently located for where I needed to be. I suppose if there was anything I wish it had it would have been a shuttle to downtown.

Decent, good location.

Liked: Location, free coffee. Friendly and patient staff despite the check-in challenges.
Disliked: Had to wait 1/2 hour to get into the room despite being at hotel at check-in time. Wish there we ere more healthy breakfast options instead of packaged processed foods.

Nice kitchen. Beds soft.

Liked: Location to Fargo dome
Disliked: Our room smelled - mold or could not figure it out. Had to have windows open. The door on the west side of the building was broken so you did not need a key to get in. The front desk said maintenance couldn’t fix it so they put a screw in the door to keep it open…

Liked: Very friendly staff. Close to the airport.

Super location

Liked: Proximity to airport is super.
Disliked: Reception staff didn't schedule my wake call as requested. Hopefully my alarm clock was enough. I would be very upset if I had to relly on their service to take my flight.

Superb

This is a nicer hotel....

Liked: The parking lot is clean, no trash, people loitering, decent sized parking spaces. The inside of the hotel is clean and welcoming as well!
Disliked: The fixtures and construction details look like a handyman with no experience performed said task. Majority of the hotel looks nice considering the spar eye spots here and there in the hotel.
