Disliked: Over 35 minute wait for breakfast, order taken twice, then staff member came out and said they had run out of key items (hash browns, bacon) 3 days ago, despite taking the order!?I asked reception for a refund, it had to be via email.I've still not received an acknowledgement, luckily Booking.com took charge and refunded. Shocking service by the hotel!

Highly disappointing

Liked: The Hotel appeared clean and my room was also clean.
Disliked: On arrival I was informed that the restaurant would not be open for food in the evening. This was highly disappointing as I had not been informed prior to arrival despite this being a planned closure. I had to amend my evening plansw to incur extra expoense for dinner elsewhere.Key card would not open the room door and had to return to reception to get it re-issued.No Orange Juice available at breakfast. Sausages were very low quality, bacon, beans and mushrooms were all cold. The eggs were warm so were the only item cooked fresh despite each breakfast order being taken individually.
