Campanile Hotel Swindon

Liked: Beds were very comfortable; waiting staff were very helpful; everything brilliant.
Disliked: Quite small rooms.

Disliked: We were very unhappy with the way we treated, as I got an email a week before stating that they were no longer trading from 29/04/25. So we had to to look for somewhere else at short notice. We also tried to get in touch with booking.com, but could not get any info as to wether they could put us up in another hotel. But with no contact number or email address we were left to find something to find quickly.My wife and I were very lucky to find something within this time frame.

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast No chair in my room today Neil I mentioned it
Disliked: Restaurant was shut in the evening

Not the best

Disliked: Have to pay for parking, lift was not working, lone female and felt intimidated due to large group of males smoking by the hotel entrance.

Pleasant

First Class.

Liked: Cheap and cheerful.
Disliked: It was the last day being called the Campanile it is now called the Travel lodge.

Great price and location staff...

Liked: It’s was cheap and perfect for the 1 night I need the beds and room were clean
Disliked: The lime green in the rooms

Disliked: Noise in the morning...cold room at night...one towel seemed dirty
