Disliked: Bar and restaurant shut at 915PM 1 staff member said shut 1 said open? still no service? mixed messages quite silly to have staff there able to serve and not sell beers within normal time limits

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: When booking my stay at least 4 weeks prior to arrival I requested a ground floor room as I am 80 yrs old and have arthritis, which makes climbing stairs very painful. I was however given a first floor room with the explanation that it could get noisy on a weekend I was aware of the night club opposite which hasnt been a problem in the past But there appeared to be a function at your hotel on the Sat night with some loud music and several bedroom doors being banged late at night I was not made aware of this when I arrived Also I did think that supplying only one towel (no hand towel ) was a little mean and when I arrived there were only a few shhets of toilet paper left on the roll in the bathroom Other than this my stay was very satisfactory

Liked: All staff very welcoming and friendly.Breakfast goodEvening meal not elaborate but tasty and good value for money. Room comfortable with window that opened!
Disliked: Room key didn't work at one point but was sorted.
