I went to visit family...

Liked: I loved how clean it was and it was modern and stylish. I loved the staff they were all so kind and helpful. A ten out of ten for me.
Disliked: If I were to have one complaint it would be that there were no trash bags in the waste baskets in the rooms. I get they’re on the eco friendly side of things, so it’s completely understandable. I believe it can be looked at as plus to other guest.

A great choice for attending...

Liked: Great location for visiting the convention center and performing arts center. We walked to and from the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Front desk staff were not that friendly. Our biggest concern was that there were no extra blankets and the room was very cold
