Clean as always/ enjoyable.

Liked: I like the new coffee shop/ grab and go
Disliked: The coffee shop needed more staffing. Only one person assigned, lots of waiting time. The person did the best she could do but it’s too much for one person. (My opinion). This was a weekend Sat night people were getting coffee, dessert, quick meals just needed more staff at least 2 people in my opinion- 1 person at register and another to get coffee, ice cream, paninis etc.

Liked: We have years of memories here and have stayed at resort probably 4 times, the room itself is nice
Disliked: Grounds and beds are unkept like they have had no care. Don’t like the entrance/exit set up. Needed lights around lodge parking lot/trail

Disliked: Fees were added at checkout that were not included in our checkout/admission

Liked: The lodge is beautiful and rooms well appointed. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Dinner on the grounds was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!
