Disliked: we stayed two nights and they did not make our bed but pulled it up. Very rarely was there someone at the front desk. Many cobwebs etc in the room. Think they need to evaluate their cleaning. the woman working the breakfast area was FANTASTIC!

Liked: very clean and nice rooms

Liked: The room was clean and spacious with a great view. The staff is friendly and courteous. The bathrooms was also spacious and non cramped. I definitely enjoyed my stay and will be staying here in my future visits.
Disliked: nothing really. I've stayed in other hotels for the same price, but they were cramped and not spacious at all.

Liked: Front desk staff were very personable. I travel extensively and found their friendliness and professionalism a breath of fresh air. Great place and highly recommended. The room attendant on my floor was very friendly, smiled and said good morning.
Disliked: Hot tub would be nice.

Disliked: No bar or restaurant.

Liked: Proximity to our event Pool area was nice and clean
Disliked: Staff was non existent. Had to ring the bell at desk for service even to check in.

Liked: Quiet; clean bathroom
Disliked: Cramped seating at breakfast area

Liked: It's the only decent hotel in the area. The desk clerk, a middle-aged gentleman whose name i cannot recall, was knowledgeable about the area, friendly, and very professional in his demeanor. The room was spotless with all the amenities.
Disliked: There was nothing about the hotel that I did not like.
