Disappointing

Hotel is way too expensive...

Liked: Common facilities were great
Disliked: The standard rooms were not the same as in the photos and they were very run down We were able to get an upgrade to a room that usually went for about $ 450 in a newer building but we could hear the neighbors very clearly.the rooms were not soundproof at all So the stay was a big disappointment and we will not be going back

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Our room was dirty and odd. The remodeled rooms were much better. For what we paid, I would have expected better accommodations. The outdoor hot tub was also out of service which was disappointing considering the waters of Calistoga were one of the main reasons we were there.

Liked: The facilities were very beautiful, and we absolutely loved the location.
Disliked: We were in a conjoining ADA room, and it was very noisy, we could easily hear our neighbors through the conjoining doors. We also would have liked to have lotion included in the bathroom amenities. The body wash dispensor was broken too, and we couldn't unscrew it to manually pour it out. Also, the hot tub was broken, which was a disappointment.
