Liked: OK, served a purpose, quite pricey for the time of year. Absurdly early check out time.
Disliked: Check out at 10 and the owners standing outside to make sure you're out on the dot.

Disliked: Even if it cold will still have to go outside and smoke and complaining about sheets that if if my wife menstrual comes on she doesn't know it or not he's complaining about their sheets

Great for the price and...

Liked: Jay at the front desk was very helpful from day one. If you make a request he tries his very best to help you! I find that hospitality very encouraging. Thanks Jay for making a difference! This location also is great for visiting Grove Museum and even walking to the Greyhound bus station. Thumbs up.
Disliked: this condition is normal for the price. No frills. good enough.
