Disliked: the property got turned into a shelter. we weren’t told before arriving. a random lady on the street standing in front told us as we got out of a cab to the hotel and they weren’t letting anyone in. Then when you call to talk to someone they are rude and disrespectful and did not care that this was going on. I got hung up on when it could of been handlers so much better. would never ever again. shouldn’t even open again. the location is horrible.

Disliked: The bathroom sink and shower fixtures were crooked and loose and the shower took 20 minutes for the water to turn hlt

Worst experience ever. I've never...

Liked: Nothing that I like because the hotel is being closed all of the sudden without any notice. However, booking.com is really helpful. They helped me go through the situation and let me pick the hotel nearby me. I hope booking.com can improve the system better in the future.
Disliked: I didn't like it because they didn't notice their customers due to the sudden closing. I somehow figure it out on google map late at night saying it's closed. I further confirm on the booking.com website and it showed that the hotel is not longer accept any reservation. I then called the hotel and they just asked me to call booking.com for a refund.

Liked: Bless NYC that they turn certain hotels into homeless shelters when needed. It just happened to be one when we arrived, while we booked via booking.com
Disliked: The (linoleum) floor of our room wasn’t clean, there were nasty spots on the bathroom wall that weren’t cleaned, the lights in the room were the brightest white, it felt we were in a doctor’s office with a bed in it. We are extremely disappointed in the whole booking.

Budget hotel that should be...

Liked: The location worked well for our plans on our trip. conveniently located near the train station and plenty of food nearby. refrigerator, microwave and the staff was friendly. they let us keep our luggage safely secured after checkout before our flight. It was very affordable.
Disliked: The outside location is rough if one isn’t prepared for that. Our room was dirty with crayons and writings all over the walls. The tv didn’t work and the other hotel customers were sketchy and sometimes loud.
