Disliked: "cosy double room" was not cosy. It was small. Bed uncomfortable. No room service. No AC. room was hot. The 'manager' sarahunas inconvenienced me. I was locked out my room around 8:15am on the day I needed to check out. I called the number and he said I need to wait 30mins for someone to get the spare key and open the door. I waited and when the receptionist came, it turned out that sarahunas was there all along! In fact he was near my hotel room and he opened the door. Why did he tell me to wait? Because of him, my plans were delayed. That was not nice what he did.

Disliked: The bed was really had as if the mattress had no foam on it so my little one and I could barely sleep through the night. Apart from that the place is lovely clean and good value for money

Liked: The hotel was Absouletely disgusting, there was mould and spider webs all over the room, it smelt like stale cigarettes, it clearly hasn’t been cleaned since 2012. I tried to speak to staff members about his and no one could care, they was incredibly rude and clearly not very good at there job. We arrived and left within 15 mins of being there it was that bad. Have been trying to contact the hotel to get my refund and no one knows how to do a refund as they are all a waste of space and clueless at there job, also I speak to the manage all the time on the phone and he tells me he isn’t the manager as he is a useless waste of space.
Disliked: The conditions of the room and hotel. Also the unhelpful rude staff that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Also to top it off the car park is horrific

Disliked: Unprofessional staff at reception desk, bedroom was so small and uncomfortable bed,shower curtains had molds,TV was old fashioned couldn't watch Netflix, the carpets are so cold and smelly, no proper ventilation in bedroom, no fan given or Ac in bedroom was so hot it was an absolute shit house! Never will I sleep in such a bad

Liked: After reading further reviews I was about to cancel but found payment had been taken. So glad we didn’t! In our experience the poor reviews are very unkind,although the place may have been decorated since they were written. We were met by perfectly pleasant and polite staff who took our bags straight to our room on the ground floor overlooking a courtyard garden. We had requested a ground or first floor room. The place was attractively decorated in navy and white,fresh and crisp,with just a few seaside ornaments about to make it feel a holiday destination.Our room was good and similarly decorated with lovely fluffy soft white towels and white bedding. The bathroom was a good size with nice strong hot shower. No complaints there. Yes there was only one pillowcase, per person,but two pillows were in side so usual height as if having two pillows normally.It is in a very convenient position,walking distance to central Bournemouth,and to the cliff path. Buses along the road to various destinations,even to Swanage by open topped bus across the ferry! It is an older building so maybe if you look hard enough you might find things not as immaculate as in a modern trendy place,but perfectly acceptable.
Disliked: The property is probably a better B n B than a hotel because they do not serve food or have a lounge sitting area. Never the less it is perfectly acceptable as a place to stay over and many outlets for food all around. We went to the Hop In just a few yards away and had the most delicious freshly cooked breakfast in a pleasant setting. Only negative comment was the TV which had a lot of disruption on it.
