Incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great...

Liked: We are so grateful to this hot for stepping in with availability when booking.com offered us a hotel (the russel court) which was an immigrant hostel in very poor repair and nothing like the quality it was advertising. We are still awaiting a refund from booking.com for this misadventure reservation.
Disliked: Nothing. We had a great stay

Comfy beds & good entertainment

Liked: Staff were friendly & beds were comfy!Entertainment was enjoyable & our daughter loved it!
Disliked: The hotel in general including our room was very warm! There was a fan in the room which helped slightly but could definitely do with air conditioning throughout as we felt very sweaty/ clammy during our 2 night stay especially during breakfast

Great time.

Liked: Super friendly staff especially Wikoria charismatic and helpful. breakfast was nice and room was large, patio with beer garden and live entertainment every evening.
Disliked: all was good this is budget hotel and I got a lot more fun than in other cheap hotels.

Disappointing

Liked: Location is good but this is not the place for an individual traveller.
Disliked: Breakfast not served until 8.30! Had to order on checkin.Parking free but was blocked in by the hotel's own coach

I stayed for a night,...

Liked: All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: The room I stayed in was leaking from the ceiling earlier in the morning!The family room was very hot for the weather, but there was only one small table fan for the entire room!

Hotel is not what it...

Liked: The location wasn't great. However, it was closer to dual carriage way for a quick get away
Disliked: The hotel reception staff were rude and unhelpful. People skills were lacking in terms of communication. The room was located on the lower ground, where extra mattresses were kept. Stairs and the hall smelt of urine. We reserved a family room with one double and two single beds. One single bed was a fold up bed with a very thin mattress, which was totally unlike the pictures on the booking site.
