Liked: The location wasn't great. However, it was closer to dual carriage way for a quick get away
Disliked: The hotel reception staff were rude and unhelpful. People skills were lacking in terms of communication. The room was located on the lower ground, where extra mattresses were kept. Stairs and the hall smelt of urine. We reserved a family room with one double and two single beds. One single bed was a fold up bed with a very thin mattress, which was totally unlike the pictures on the booking site.

Liked: During our recent stay, we encountered an issue with the receptionist, Victoria. She charged us an additional £50 because my two-year-old son accidentally dropped pillows on the floor. She insisted that we must keep the room tidy before leaving and was quite aggressive, raising her voice as if we were arguing. I calmly explained that I had paid the £50 and there was no need to shout, especially at 8 AM.Additionally, I asked if I could leave my car parked until 3 PM, to which she initially agreed, provided I parked at the end of the road to avoid blocking others. However, she later demanded that I move my car, threatening to call the police if I did not comply.While the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, I was surprised by Victoria's rude and unprofessional behavior. When we spoke to one of the managers, they mentioned that she behaves this way with all customers, which raises concerns about why she is still employed in this role.

Liked: only the thing i liked for this building was that is quite very close to beach - couple of minutes walking )they have parking included in room price knew that check-in is at 3 pm , we arrived earlier and been accepted to leave the car parked and then we went for a walk around beach before check-in
Disliked: all building needs definitely a refurb as is very old ...cleaning was very poor ... needs to improve ...the room we had was very noisy ( nobody told us will be music / bingo play game till 11.00 pm ... very noise for family with a child ) - we asked if can be changed room but nothing could be done - been told that all rooms are fully booked )

Liked: Parking was a bit unusual in having to hand in your keys but was fine and not a problem at all. Would definitely recommend and go again.
