The views great, customer service...

Liked: Great location, lovely sea view room. Good aircon and lovely places to eat and watch the sea
Disliked: Being woken up on the first day at 9.30am (whilst waiting for breakfast!) by the housekeeping lady basically trying to force her way in to clean (even though we’d booked two nights!). She wanted to know when we’d be gone to come in, to which I was a bit shocked, I said probably not until later as we are trying to relax hence the holiday stay!!! She almost rolled her eyes at me. On the last day breakfast was late to the room and it made us very stressed for check out. No extra time was added on despite asking for even half an hour. I will say upon check in they are very strict to a 4pm even if you request earlier. I had booked a Sunday lunch for after check out but was told we needed to be gone from the car park so I had to cancel it and basically went elsewhere!Also some very unfriendly bar staff. It was an odd atmosphere.

Nice location and if weather...

Liked: Didn’t have it £18 too expensive
Disliked: Described as deluxe king room was expecting bigger.Bar disappointing. Four separate occasions ordered bar food but they had run out of it.Extractor fan outside could be heard in room

Lovely views but needs more...

Liked: The room was large and nicely decorated great views in the public areas.Nice meal in the restaurant
Disliked: There was only instant coffee very basic mugs and glasses terrible biscuits and tea and terrible milk cartons in the roomHairdryer was basic too. The pool was closed and and they hadn’t let us know so had gone all the way there through car park etc in robes And no apology or appreciation The reception said the manager would call but this never happened

Overall we had good time.

Liked: Hotel is well located and has good restaurant and bar. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Spa facilities are mentioned on their features but all they have is an outdoor pool which is heated. Room service was non existent as no one answer the call, we had to go downstairs to find someone help us with a refill of shampoo, no one picked up our call for over an hour and when I told the lady at reception, she said “we have been busy”.I wouldn’t class that as good customer services, restaurant staff was great. Bar also had just one person, again very slow service.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff are very friendly and helpful, beautiful hotel, definitely be returning here, lovely place
Disliked: Everything was fine, no complaints

Make people aware that lift...

Liked: Lovely hotel but I think we should have been informed that the lift going down to beach is no longer working for people with heart problems it made things quite difficult!
Disliked: It was fine expensive especially breakfast but ok

Very good hotel for location

Liked: Rooms are very clean and newly refurbished. Very clean and modern bathrooms. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Swimming pool is old and gives you feeling of not beaing clean. The walls of the pool seem dirty and old.

Poor

Liked: The rooms were absolutely fine although the shower wasn’t very strong but the breakfasts were appalling - on the Saturday it took 10mins to get a bowl and a further ten mins to get some milk for cereal . Sunday cold coffee . !

Very good
