Liked: Location. Air conditioning, size of the room, garden, furniture, TV, wi-fi, fridge.
Disliked: Parking availability, expensive charges, nightmare! Poor quality of breakfast, like 3 star hotel. No good coffee, tea. Food not fried enough, not hot enough. No full fat yoghurts only fat free, poor choice of fruits. Small swimming pool, full of small screaming kids. The main entrance not accessible with a baby pram. Bed bedding smell of laundry detergent, king size bed not align properly, gap between two beds together. Small caps for making tea. Tea selection poor choice and quality.

Liked: Very good buffet breakfastAIR CONDITIONING IN MY BEDROOM!!!Very nice staff
Disliked: It would be have been nice to have a welcome bottle of water and a proper coffee machine in my room also I know this is normal these days but how do you get your room serviced?

Fantastic hotel with aircon

Liked: Staff were fantastic, upgraded our room. Beds super comfy and pillows were great. Excellent location

Liked: We love the location of the hotel and the views fr9m our room
Disliked: We stayed in one of the cottage rooms which although we loved the layout and views. The bathroom needed a little tlc. Cracked tiles on floor, chipped and stained bath, one of the windows in the bathroom was black in places and needed rubbing down and repainting
