Liked: The location is good we had a sea view which was breathtaking.
Disliked: The worst part was the cheek of charging £20 to park our car and only because they know we have absolutely no chance of parking anywhere else. A hotel needs refurbishment although not terrible I've certainly seen better. We didn't eat at the hotel as we thought the prices for breakfast was rather excessive.

Liked: Too hot unbearable in room even with windows open water pressure to low to have a shower. Windows only opened a tiny bit

Good location but needs investment

Liked: Good location, good room, good breakfast, good staff
Disliked: Building dilapidated, pool not open but neighbouring outdoor pool dilapidated, plug in bath didn’t work, one window had condensation inside pane but paid for half aview

Disliked: The hotel facilities was not what I had expected

Liked: Because the swimming area does not work, the option to use next door is helpful.
Disliked: Shower did not work and was broken. Only can use bath. Dusty and staff was not helpful. On arriving we had to find our own way to the room following the directions given only to find out the room is next to reception and not 1st floor.

Liked: Room, was very tidy and clean ....Hotel wasn't that far from.the beach ...
Disliked: Fan hardly worked....hardly any air coming out , hairs in the bed, View was horrible ...I was at the side of the building ...looking at buildings ..and carpark ....Breakfast wasn't great ....Mushrooms were over done, sausage were tasteless.Not great .

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff and good location.
Disliked: Room not ready in time, very badly stained furniture (chairs) very stiff shower leaver and too small and tight access to bathroom, made worse by huge door handle. Also not happy with window situation.

A perfect place for a...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean and the bed had a good matress with a topper. We loved having a sea view and listening to the waves. We liked the location as it was just a little outside the busy-ness of Bournemouth but close enough to walk everywhere. Enjoyed sitting in the lounge area for a drink.We made use of both swimming pools and the sauna plus a short walk to the beach and had a swim in the sea. Staff were great.
