Exhausted....

Liked: Location, centre of Pontypridd so an easy walk to get to where you need to go
Disliked: So, my room was on the 1st floor, there was someone downstairs till 2h30-3h00am moving things, cleaning pots, scrapping things...you just could not get to sleep, it was absolutely awful. When I checked out, there was a person cleaning the bar area, when I told him, he replied it wasn't him, it's probably the lift, going up and down, which was total rubbish. Be warned, there is a restaurant downstairs and they will be cleaning till the early hours of the morning :-(

Attention to detail

Liked: Comfortable bed. Location
Disliked: Towels frayed, need renewing. Bar was totally empty on the Sunday night. New bedding needed. Very small room.

Cosy, comfy hotel in the...

Liked: The hotel is very well situated, right in the middle of Pontypridd and close to public transport. I have stayed here several times and it has always been comfortable, and the staff always kind. The rooms are nicely furnished. The bar is convenient for a drink, afternoon tea or breakfast. Though sometimes things can feel a little disorganised, there is a cosy, quirky charm to this hotel.
Disliked: The room was quite hot and I was unable to open the windows. The bathroom basin is very small so you have to be careful that the water doesn't splash everywhere.

Liked: The room looked like it was decorated well but some time ago!
Disliked: It was tired fittings and fixtures were loose and worn.

Beautiful place with amazing staff

Liked: Great location, even though it'd in the town centre it's quiet. Lovely, large comfy bed and the room has a bath. The restaurant downstairs has beautiful choice of food at reasonable prices.
Disliked: There's nothing I don't like
