Great staff, bad building and...

Liked: The staff were always working and very nice and welcoming
Disliked: The room itself was not dirty but the walls, the doors and the floors need to be replaced and made to look new. Also the Tv is too small

Liked: the guy in charge was nice when you could catch him the office.
Disliked: we saw pictures of actual cooked breakfast but when we got there he said it was only continental. over all pleasant stay.

Liked: Bed were clean, restroom was clean Pool was open and clean!
Disliked: Roaches coming out when we were eating

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean room and bathroom. Water was super hot and it was very quiet even Friday night. Beds were decent and clean and the ac was super cold which was awesome. Plug outlets next to the bed was very convenient
Disliked: The location was kind of sketchy but it wasn’t terrible. Mostly a lot of people walking around at night. The lock worked but it would get jammed and it took a couple of times to get it to lock.

Liked: The place was not bad for the price.
Disliked: The staff there was extremely unprofessional. Check out is at 11am, and we were running a few minutes late (about 15-20 minutes). Instead of calling us on the phone or knocking at the door, the staff opened the door to our hotel room. My partner and I were still getting dressed, neither of us were in conditions to open the door, and the staff still tried to enter after we repeatedly told him not to open the door. He knew we were in there because before opening we told him to please wait - yet he still tried to enter. Unbelievable.
