One of the best trips...

Liked: The location is picture-perfect, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and readily available, and the daily wine and cheese hour is the cherry on top.
Disliked: A water fountain to refill water at night would be nice.

Consistently good over the years

Liked: Many stays here over the years. Always clean; helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent location; walkable to scores of dining options.
Disliked: Room rate has gotten a bit out of control, but I guess if they can get it then that’s what they do. Can’t imagine a multiple night stay here at these prices. Bathroom could use an upgrade; take out the dated jacuzzi tub and put in a walk-in shower.

The view is breathtaking outside...

Liked: The view, breakfast and happy hour.
Disliked: To reduce misunderstanding it is best that guests with pets receive rules of the room at the time of reservation and not on the arrival day. There was a misunderstanding with our booking and the day manager was condescending, abrupt and showing no empathy to our concerns. This behavior resulted in my husband packing up and leaving. With a lot of convincing with evidence of the excellent facility and the courteous night manger he returned The issue is her style of communication, not customer service friendly. She needs training in that area.As a result, her customer service is reflected in my survey
