Disappointing and felt unsafe.

Disliked: We checked in and left our luggage in the room then left. When we returned about 5 hours later we couldnt get in the room. My daughter went down and they fixed the key card. Once we got in we noticed the TV was on. My grand daughter went into the bathroom and came out saying the toilet seat was up ( like a man uses) and there was urine all over the toilet and the floor. We immediately checked our things. Nothing was taken but it could tell someone definitely went through it. We called down to the lobby and was put on hold for 15 minutes. My daughter went down and was told that they had put us in room 119 but had given us the keys for 203. Then they gave that room to someone else. She told them we wanted a new room and am not happy about this at all. All we got was "sorry". When I checked out I asked to see the manager and was told he was not there. I told them I wanted him to call me. I have yet to hear from anyone.

Disliked: I called a week ahead and the day of to see if I could get early check-in and was told yes by staff members.when the day came for check-in the guy at the front desk told me I could not and offered for me to pay a fee to check-in 1 hr before check-in time.There was also dirty underwear/shorts in the room and they ran out of towels and there was no urgency to get more.had to wait until morning when the next shift of housekeepers came to work.

What a disappointment!

Liked: We were in town for a concert at the Golden Nugget and just staying for one night so I didn’t want to spend too much money on a room because we were leaving for Europe in the next 3 days. The Best Western was not cheap by any means, but it was less expensive than most hotels in the city! The lobby is very nice and the staff is very kind but the room was quite incredible. My husband and I were taken aback because staying on the 2nd floor you would expect the floor to be supported correctly, but these floors were awful. I cannot believe they would lay carpet over these floors because there were dips in the plywood below all over the room and you could trip easily if you weren’t careful. The room had a slant so both of us were dizzy when we were in the room and not lying down. The bed was comfortable enough, but not great. So If you are considering this hotel, just skip it altogether.
