Best Western Warren Hotel

Honestly - I’d give it one more shot then find another place because this stay was terrible but I get that every place deserves a second chance.

Liked: Good location. The room was clean. Food available until 11 pm ( but not chargeable to room so make sure credit card is handy).
Disliked: So much bad. The hallway outside my room, and then my room by proxy, stunk like cigarettes, pretty sure people were actively smoking in the rooms next door. The staff were rude - the lady that checked me out barely looked up at me (didn’t ask about my stay, or see if everything went well), another lady flat out accused a guy of stealing breakfast, maybe get a better system than just accusing someone in front of the whole lobby? The only guy that seemed to care was the one who I called down to when the people in the room next to me kept letting their kids scream (like literally SCREAM you guys) and slam doors until midnight. I had to call down twice though for anything to be done about it and all they did was warn them. I even asked to be moved rooms and that wasn’t done. These people continued to make a ridiculous amount of noise until 4:30 in the morning ( the "adults" this time) and none of the staff did anything about it.

Liked: That when i came to night staff member and they were informative and helpful
Disliked: The cleanliness of my room , the day staff, being locked out the open and available pool which were main intentions of booking the room in first place, the undercooked sausages for breakfast, the lack of parking spots, the being locked out of building after having to park in the back and having to walk around entire building to the front to get back in. The loudness of other guest that were on our floor.
