Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport

Liked: The property was clean
Disliked: The housekeeper came twice before 11 to see if we checked out second time he opened our door .

Pleasant April 2025 nine day...

Liked: Great breakfast options especially the sliced fruits which were sweet and delicious. The room could use improved soundproofing because of proximity to freeway. Staff were very nice, helpfulf and courteous.
Disliked: Soundproof room because of proximity to freeway and cost of onsite parking.

Very good

Liked: The hotel itself is great and, most importantly, quiet. Despite being in a strange corner, between 2 elevated highways and the airport, you'll certainly have a good night sleep.
Disliked: The breakfast is not food. It's some sort of FDA-approved chemical food equivalent, served on plastic plates, eaten with plastic cutlery. I know that this is roughly the standard in the US, but this one is really bad. I'm almost willing to bet that this is some sort of NASA experiment to see if they could feed an upcoming Mars colony without any access to fresh produce. Let me repeat it - none of the food (save for the sliced oranges) is actually food.

Disliked: The location is close to Highway, it's super loud at night time because of the traffic on the road. Me and my family were not able to sleep all night. There were ants in our room
