The best thing about a Best Western is no surprises. The room and linen is always clean including the cover. Also, everything works. I had to stay in another hotel recently - room phone did not work and the in room coffee pot did not work. So glad to get my BW this time.

Have stayed here 3 times in past few months and really like the location, staff, rooms, breakfast. Will stay again.

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Not clean. The bathrooms are very dingy. Floors were not clean, hair clogging the bathtub drain, mold on the vent above the toilet, and one of our tubs had rust in it. Lukewarm water. Blinds in the room were broken as well. The bedside table does not close. And one of our doors we had to force it open as the door kept getting stuck. By the way, they do not give you clean towels or clean your room unless you ask.

Disliked: The wet floors in the room, the way the curtons dont close and light comes through. The doors dont open easily. Just no up grades to the toilet, shower etc
