Best Western Sandman Hotel

0 for the motel; 10 for Golden One Center.

Liked: No! Biggest mistake of our trip was choosing this motel, it was horrible. Lots of homeless people, poor staff, did not receive the room we reserved; did not feel safe; almost drove back home and after all this was charged almost $2000; we should have been paid to stay in dangerous conditions; also, the fire alarm in our room was broken and they never came to fix it.
Disliked: Everything.

Disappointed

Disliked: Rooms are out of date. Very old . Cleaning can be much better. Patio was dirty. Strangers around hotel,smelling of weed everywhere. Breakfast very poor and quality of food very suspicious.

Great place to stay

Liked: Everything was very good. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good but could be better by having more keto friendly options. Such as more protein less carbs.

Disliked: Too many parties late at night

Liked: Room has a smell the sheets had hair and didn’t look clean. But we never had bad issues before . This time cleaning seem off

Disliked: I’m really not happy with the communication of this hotel and it’s unacceptable how hard it is to get in contact with the facilities of this best Western on site to get a hold of anybody at the front desk

Disliked: It's a dump. Hot breakfast was powdered eggs. No meat. Toilet seat falling off, molding rotting, door handles falling off, shower knobs leaking, mold in a/c unit. I've seen better furniture in Goodwill. And a bonus, a hooker knocked on our door at 9 pm looking for her customer, lol.

Disliked: One of our rooms had insects crawling out of the bath waste and the rooms had an odour like vinegar probably from the aircon. I booked the room on the rating compared to other in the area (1km) so the others must of been very bad or this one has slipped
