Best Western Sandman Hotel

0 for the motel; 10 for Golden One Center.

Liked: No! Biggest mistake of our trip was choosing this motel, it was horrible. Lots of homeless people, poor staff, did not receive the room we reserved; did not feel safe; almost drove back home and after all this was charged almost $2000; we should have been paid to stay in dangerous conditions; also, the fire alarm in our room was broken and they never came to fix it.
Disliked: Everything.

Liked: The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. The staff were helpful and professional. There is a swimming pool and the motel is next to a really good Mexican restaurant. There was no hairdryer in the room and as soon as I mentioned it one was brought within 5 mins.
Disliked: There were 5 washers and 4 driers in the guest laundry and only 3 washers and 1 dryer were working.

Disliked: Room wasn’t very clean. The faucet was leaking on the floor. The sheets were old and dirty. The door would not latch .

Liked: Nothing really was great about this place.
Disliked: Dirty, ratchet, noisy, old with bad smell place. Just pay extra 30-40$ for normal place.My non smoking room had ashes and cigaret but in toilet right when I entered.

Definitely staying again.

Liked: I enjoyed everything about this place. I was at a gross motel a few miles down the road and my son and I found this place the night before we moved hotels. The night lady was great, I checked in the next morning and I was give my room key at noon free of charge. I was clean, comfy, safe and breakfast was great.
Disliked: Only thing that sucked was the hot tub stopped working. No pool and it’s hard to find any fast food close.
