The hotel is OK, although could do with a full renovation as it's getting very tired. Not allowed to use the bath in our room as plumbing was not working right. There is nothing to complain about greatly but there is also nothing to make you want to go back, especially at £121.50 a night. It served a purpose is the best way to describe it.

Liked: Handy location with parking.
Disliked: Breakfast at £8.50 was cheap food, not very well cooked. I should have gone to Asda or Tesco instead.

Quite pleasant allowing for the...

Liked: Breakfasts were good.
Disliked: The shower was lethal. Old fashioned over the bath with a control you turned to change from bath to shower. Smooth round handles difficult to operate with wet or arthritic hands. The hot water was boiling hot but when I tried to turn on the cold, the tap took four or five turns before it responded, I nearly scalded myself and did not dare use the shower again. Full marks for the rubber bath mat.

Great breakaway in Perth

Liked: Our room,on the fifth floor, was very spacious and had great views over the city. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept well. It was lovely to be able to have a relaxing swim after a long journey to Perth.
