Very disappointing!

Liked: Beds were comfortable and location was good.
Disliked: Didn’t have our rooms that I booked 9 months prior through booking.com for us. Took almost 2 hours to find a solution. No hot water and outlets in rooms didn’t work. Took almost 30 minutes for a front desk attendant to appear and try checking us in and same thing happened at check out.

Disappointed

Disliked: No hot water in AM. Lock on room battery died and couldn’t get in at 1am. Elevator broke down.
