Liked: Great place to stay.
Disliked: Had a whirlpool room, but they had no robes available. That was to be included, based on the description of the room.

Liked: Everything was nice, although I did not get to enjoy it. The lady saved my life that night, so thank you! Because of her quick response, I was able to make it home to my kids.

Disliked: Horrible staff who tried to keep 133. 95 they charged my account and told me it was a deposit of 250.00 to rent the room and when I refused to pay it they tried to keep the money for the room that I didnt even stay at saying that I never came to the property after booking witch was a complete lie. I was in the parking lot when I booked it. So after 3 hours of phone call to booking they told booking that they agreed to cancel the reservation free of charge but have not yet sent the email to me or booking confirmation so they can't start the refund, as now has made. I can promise one thing, if I don't get that email tonight I'm going to wake up in the morning and file a police report against the staff at the front desk for unauthorized use or a credit card
