Liked: Staff is very nice. I like that there is an elevator and multiple entrances to the building. Good selection for breakfast both hot and cold. Good selection selection of beverages hot and cold.
Disliked: Hotel not as pictured. It is in dire need of refreshing. It is old. It was hard to tell if it was dirty or just build-up from over the years. My bed seemed like someone very heavy sat on the left side of it for a very long time as the bed permanently sank in that spot. No coffee pot nor microwave in room. Hotel is doing a survey to see if people want the coffee pot in room and are waiting for the review. I didn't mind that, it was the microwave that I missed. Bathroom is tiny. I'm only 4-11 and I hit my knee with the door when sitting on toilet. If you are a large person you will have problems getting in and out of bathroom unless you leave door open. Pool and Jacuzzi was across parking lot. I had a good view from my window but it seemed dark and I was afraid to go

Disliked: Towels and sheets not clean enough, shower head not working in one of the rooms, and as soon as we entered the bathroom first, there were some hair strands in the bathtub from someone else, let your maids know please.
