Lovely relaxing hotel

Liked: Lovely bar area , dining area and gardens. Well situated in amongst many hotels close proximity to the town and the beach.The room we had was perfectly clean and comfortable, some might say the dark furniture dated it slightly but we don't mind if it's functional etc. Veranda was nice to allow fresh air and sunshine in . Would definitely return

Liked: Breakfast was extremely good, and the breakfast staff were excellent and very accommodating. A great variety to choose from. The spa and facilities were also excellent and would certainly recommend. The bed was super comfy so slept well.
Disliked: The receptionist who checked us in was not up to par. Gave us no information as to where to go for breakfast, times etc or where the spa was, or opening hours i found her very unhelpful. The room was rather dated, and the balcony was filthy. The 2 chairs on the balcony could also do with updating. I have stayed at nicer hotels for a fraction of what this hotel costs.

Liked: I was personally impressed by the quality of service, hotel staff is doing great, always ready to help. My trip was not an easy one. First time i have to move my trip in a week, then, because of some health issues with my son we came 1 day later our check in. Hotel helps and didn't charge me because of circumstances that I couldn't control. Again, thank you, my dear friends, this is the best hotel experience I ever have.
