Liked: Room was nice. Food was okay, menu could have had more basic choices of traditional foods Spa treatment was the best; excellent service.
Disliked: Creaky floorboards.Waitress in restaurant was very sullen, no conversation, presented as awkward….. made us feel uncomfortable.

All ok but poor breakfast...

Liked: Great to walk into Bournemouth
Disliked: Rooms tired and need updating

Fantastic Staff,Breakfast,Meals...few little "niggles"....great stay.

Liked: The Lady at the bar and serving the meals was absolutely amazing!!...also Breakfast was superb and again the lady at Breakfast wonderful,helpful couldnt do enough for you!!
Disliked: Soap dispenser in room[shower ]empty,,took it out and left it to be refilled...used the other by sink again little gel left in it...not filled for the 3 nights....left it on show but didn,t get filled...parking "hit and miss"lots of bollards up and I asked to be told that you had to book a suite to guarantee this parking[which had I known I would have done]

Liked: Everything a nice spacious clean room with good facilities and a lovely bath/shower option
Disliked: Nothing except the cost of the wine

Pleasant comfortable stay.

Liked: Very good breakfast. Freshly made gluten free toast available. Lots of choice. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Coffee not very nice, but waitress happy to make a pot of tea.

Disliked: Wedding party taking place on our second night. Losing parking space after paying £10 for it. Thin walls allowing conversations through. More than six people and it starting getting difficult to use pool and steam room.
