Liked: The beach view
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty, had hair on the floor and around bottom of toilet, tub drain was moldyCounters felt grimyKitchen area I seen a couple bugs on the stove.The floors were dirty, the bottom of my feet turned black, could not get into bed without wiping them off. When we got into the room the smell of the cleaner was so strong it gave me a headache. The beds feel like the mattresses are from the 70’s. Very very uncomfortable and hard to actually get sleep on. The “indoor” “heated” pool was a huge let down. It was cold and the room was very strong of chemicals. Parking is a huge problem. This Motel needs a new cleaning staff and manager that cares about the facilities for the customers coming to stay. I absolutely will not be back! You should take the word resort out of the name too!

Liked: We only liked the oceanfront balcony.
Disliked: It was very outdated and not clean. Our room was not clean. It had hair all in the bathroom in the tub and on the floor. And the sheets had stains on them. We called down to get sheets but we didn’t get any sheets until the next morning. The room was just dirty, so I had to clean it from top to bottom upon arrival. I called the front desk to report it and we were not compensated for this dirty room. We will never book here again!

Liked: Located right on the beach. Staff was helpful, very polite always said good morning to us.
Disliked: Door had to be slammed every time Balcony door didn’t close properly Shower was hard to get full water because of stuck lever for bath / shower

Liked: I liked my stay, it was comfortable and everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The only bad thing was the air conditioning, it didn't work well.
