Disappointing
Liked: Great staff at reception
Disliked: Broken shower Parts, Slow draining sink, Dirty carpets, Poor cleaning in bathrooms (mold behind shower door, Dirty bathroom window).Poor insulation between rooms and loud neighbors…should be two stars! Hotel.

Great hotel
Liked: Rooms clean, comfortable bed. Nice to have a balcony & fridge too. Nice amenities in bathroom
Disliked: Shower didn’t have much pressure, quite noisy as next to the train station. Air con did not work

Does the job
Liked: This is always a very competitively priced stay in London right next to the tube so perfect for work. There was an issue when I stayed with a loud argument in another room but the staff handled it brilliantly.

Convenient and great value
Liked: A superb location, right opposite Northfields tube station. Staff were very helpful at check-in, and the room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was good, and is available in Oofy's bar/restaurant right next to the hotel foyer. I thought this was excellent value for money overall.
Disliked: Nothing really. If you want a quieter room, you could ask for rooms on the side of the building which doesn't overlook the underground railway lines.

Passable
Liked: Have stayed here for work nearby on a few occasions however this stay was the most disappointing. Good proximity to the station so handy for the airport and reception was friendly.
Disliked: Requested a quieter room and whilst I know they cannot always accommodate this, I was 'upgraded' to the king room and the reception said the next day I shouldn't have booked the king if I didn't want to be near the train track- which I hadn't done. It was extremely noisy. Windows and window ledge were mouldy and I knew the breakfast was basic but this time the cheese and eggs were old, the salad was soggy and slimy and if you don't eat meat and cereal not much to eat.
