OK stay....rooms need to be...

Liked: Area was safe.
Disliked: Basic breakfast that is heated up and put out to be served. The walls had several damaged areas. The counter in the bathroom was partially unattached from wall and needs to be replaced.

Stay away from this place

Liked: Room was spacious
Disliked: Room was dirty, I wiped all surfaces upon entry and ended up with filthy wipes. Several hairs on the shower wall, stained sheets, blankets, and towels. HUGE and obvious leak above the shower and no apparent attempt to fix it. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was amazing!!!!! And the breakfast was great!!! They were so kind to my autistic son. We will decently be back soon!!! And for a longer stay!!!

Liked: Hotel lobby and room were very clean. Breakfast included eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, etc coffee was very good! Front desk people were very friendly. Upon arrival I said that we had just driven for 12 hours and we were offered juice and cookies. Now that is welcoming!!

Disliked: The mattress is way to hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are odd.

Liked: Breakfast was decent, although the hot foods weren't exceptionally hot. There was good variety. Coffee was good. Everything was spotlessly clean.
Disliked: We could hear either the TV or the guest from the room next to us (not overwhelmingly loud, but could hear them).

Liked: Was below my standards of a Best Western
