The elevator was broken; the hot tub was out of service; there was a bullet hole in the window in my room (Room 420). The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been - rings in the toilet, etc. The shower head would have been perfect for someone who was about 4 feet tall. It was a joke of a hotel visit - one thing after another.

Disliked: You can hear everything from the highway. Maybe soundproof the windows to limit the noise. Also, people staying next to us & above us were very noisy.
