Best Western Grantville/Hershey

The elevator was broken; the hot tub was out of service; there was a bullet hole in the window in my room (Room 420). The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been - rings in the toilet, etc. The shower head would have been perfect for someone who was about 4 feet tall. It was a joke of a hotel visit - one thing after another.

Affordable, clean, comfortable stay

Liked: Convenient, not far from Hershey PA, short distance off the highway, convenient parking, newer facility, with nice breakfast options.

Liked: The property was a great location it’s near the casino. The staff were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The hallways were very hot…. The temp was set on 78 and there was no air. The water in the shower was freezing cold. There was not hot water. They charged 40 dollars for early check in!!!!
