Liked: Honestly the pool might be the only legitimate feature. Inside what the point of having a hotel is if Hospitality has nothing to do with it .Homeless, dirty elevator, carpeting is so filthy everywhere I had to beg for 10 towels to walk on in my room.There is absolutely no sustainability whatsoever.No hot waterNo water pressure which makes for a very long showerThe wi does in my rooms were so filthy I had to buy cleaner and wash them myself.Handles doorknobs the weight room gross at bestAnd if one tells the front desk you’re treated like a traitor or criminal as if it’s impossible that might be true.If asked I was told by each that they had ent been in the roomsMy first room had shards of glass in the carpetWhen I told the desk they said OHThen I asked for towels so I didn’t get anyone glass in my feet I was offered one towel as if not only they didn’t HEAR ME but it certainly DIDNG RESINATE AND shunned them I asked for a vacuum. You’d think I’d asked for the VA world I explained there were 3 pieces of glass in my feet and not one person showed any interest not caring is not HOSPITALITY it’s sickThere was a man in the hotel who seemed to Bragg often that his son murdered his wife/ the sons mother and dismembered her body SICK I immediately told the desk who said “I know isn’t that sad” I WAS AFRAID to pass him and when he engages conversationI was afforded not to speak .I said I don’t know how sad it is but it’s uncomfortable and I’d like to move rooms that man stalked me and he lingered down in the lobby ( the tacky ridiculous full of garbage space between the doors and the “desk” )There is no way these children had been trained in this field with the exception of one singular individual who was consistently professional and congenial. She always was polite and kind and intuitive. She knows her position and she is definitely hospitable.That’s not a good placeThe laundry is a scam 800$ to do a load that does not dry .
