Lots of rooms; clean and modern. Breakfast was good; hallways are long.

Pleasantly surprised by my one-night stay. Comfortable bed/room- well equipped and clean. Nice healthy choices available on breakfast buffet.
Liked: Friendly staff, breakfast buffet monitored well/replenished often. Room very comfortable and clean.

Liked: The hotel was only 7 minutes from Washington Heights. So it was very conveniently located.

I never stayed only was...
Liked: Nothing, I didn’t stay there due to a medical emergency ‼️
Disliked: I didn’t like that I was lied to. I called and advised I would not be able to check into the room so I would need to cancel. The guy at the front desk said I would need to wait and cancel with the manager and no managers or supervisor’s were available and I needed to speak with them on Monday. Booking.com called and they were told the same thing. I called back and spoke with a different person and he told me the same thing but this time gave me the managers email. I emailed the manager and long story short. She said they couldn’t refund me the fee for the cancellation because I didn’t cancel. However, they were the ones who told me not to cancel until I speak with the manager. I feel like I was misled and given wrong information, and they just stole my money. Didn’t even offer me to come stay another night at no charge. Just kept my money. I’m currently still dealing with this with Booking.com as well as looking at other options of trying to get my money back or compensated. Please be aware of this hotel that they will give you wrong information And just keep your money if you have to cancel last minute due to any emergencies.
