Best Western Inn & Suites San Mateo - San Francisco Airport

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable; the hotel staff were helpful and breakfast was OK.
Disliked: The key card machine was broken and had been broken for a couple of weeks. This meant that hotel maintenance staff had to escort and/or meet us at our room with a key every time we needed to enter our room. This was an inconvenience and made me second guess my stay.

Will stay for next time...

Liked: Great location, breakfast is free unexpected , lot of choice,too. Great staffs.
Disliked: Need pay for parking, maybe it is San Francisco!

Disliked: Hotel,is old, out dated, dark. Mattresses were awful, old, uncomfortable. Towels were clean but old and grey. Bathroom dingy
