I understand rules but we were the only ppl in the pool we had a 3 and 12 year old with us and the fact they couldn’t throw a ball in the pool and to be threatened to get kicked out is insane. Not to mention I was told the indoor pool was close because of rain, thunder and lightning, which it wasn’t lightening or thundering, I question the safety of the facility

Liked: Easy check-in and check-out, clean, well kept property and pool. Everything was s expected!

Superb

Comfortable Best Western experience near...

Liked: Comfortable bed and room furnishings; fast Wifi; great water pressure in bathroom sink & shower. Close to downtown Cooperstown (~4 mi). Met all expectations.
Disliked: The in-room thermostat read "Error" and I couldn't figure out how to set it. However, I called the front desk and someone came to the room to check on it. They fixed the issue - the air unit had to be reset. Inconvenient, but they dealt with it quickly.

As expected from a Best...

Liked: The breakfast was more or less sufficient.
Disliked: Beds were way too high. No bar soap in bath

Great location for food and...

Liked: The location was good, Oneonta College only 25 mins away. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was very good, especially when you want something quick.
Disliked: People were loud, I could hear them in there room next to us. I don't think I would stay during the baseball season. The hot tub was not working, I am not sure if I was sent an email about that but if not it would be good to send a message.
