Good, clean, fun

Liked: Quick check in, we were tired of travelling. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location, quiet. 15 minute walk to the train station. Loved Coney Island itself (great for people watching, while kids enjoyed the Luna Park.

Good hotel and nice, helpful...

Liked: Nice staff, comfortable rooms and decent breakfast, although the orange juice had run out before breakfast ended and wasn't restocked until breakfast had finished (with the machine being locked and a sign saying juices were only for breakfast)
Disliked: The location was fine, safe enough mostly, but it's right next to an overhead subway line, a police parking depot and a big concrete station plus numerous auto body repair shops, so it and the roads around it were surrounded by bits of cars, damaged cars, cement trucks, noise etc. A walk back from the subway late at night was safe enough, but it felt a bit sketchy with young kids.

Liked: I had a very terrible time at the hotel, kids were running around and banging the room door.I didn't get to sleep at all. It was a terrible stay.

Liked: Nice room, comfortable beds.
Disliked: The location is horrible, next to the highway, car repair shops and a cement factory. Also the vacinity is kinda shady.
