Liked: Staff very friendly.OK for overnight business stay.
Disliked: Road a little noisy in some rooms.Nowhere to walk to ... you need your own transport.Breakfast OK.

Okay for a budget overnight...

Liked: The location was close to the wedding venue we were attending. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. Lots of parking. The staff were very friendly and absolutely went above and beyond for us. Big thanks to the two reception ladies and Jake who appeared to be doing the work of three people, he was amazing. It’s definitely the staff that make this hotel acceptable.
Disliked: The rooms are in need of updating and attention. The toilet flush handle only worked intermittently, handwashing basin plug hole rusty, very high old bath prevented us from using the overhead shower, a walk in shower would have been so much better, curtains in bedroom were difficult to close due to bed being pressed against them. Other members of our party reported road noise in their rooms and the bridal room had a generator sound running all night which did impact their ability to sleep. Quality of food was a bit disappointing.

Liked: Very friendly welcome by reception lady and loved the big bed. The eggs for breakfast cooked to order was a lovely touch.

Liked: Helpful staff. Warm welcome. Good friendly atmosphere. Spacious room.
Disliked: Bed a bit firm for me. Handrails needed for steps in upstairs corridor which I found hard to manage
