Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: When we first arrived, our card reader would not work we would have to program our cards every time we left the room because card reader was not up-to-date. It became annoying. Also the pool was not open as advertised on the website closed all four days we stayed there. Our TV would glitch and go in and out along with my friends TV who stayed across from us, hers would not turn on completely. When we arrived, the room smelled like old wet towel. The restroom door handle was loose and would not lock or completely close.
