disappointing. I will never stay...
Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The air conditioning quit during my stay and staff has been giving me the run around about a credit. In addition, the room next door had a dog, that barked throughout the night.

Good price. Decent breakfast. Daytime...
Liked: The complimentary breakfast was nice and overall I got the room at a good deal so I got what I paid for. The AC worked well in the bedroom and the shower was clean.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and kind of hard. The base of the bed was also made of a metal material? If you even accidentally bumped it with your foot it was very loud. Cleanliness was acceptable. These were just minor details and I could definitely deal with these things since it was cheap, but what I do think was unacceptable was the night desk staff. Absolutely no security whatsoever. I lost my key card (smh I always lose my key card) and am used to having to go to the front desk to get a new one. NORMALLY there is at least a few questions asked to verify information or check an ID to issue a new room card. With this guy? NOPE. No questions asked, no identity verified, just asked what room number and gave me a card to get into the room. Also note: this guy had NEVER seen me before. The next night the new key card would not work so my BF went to the desk to get it fixed. AGAIN no questions asked and his name wasn't even listed for the room. So basically anyone could've gotten a key to any room from this guy no questions asked and definitely didn't make this feel like a safe OR serene stay. He also said some weird shit at the complimentary breakfast about hiding children so they couldn't see me eat sausage because I was a carnivore. WTF? I had a bowl of cereal. To note the front desk lady during the day was very nice and professional. The night guy was craaazy.

Wow...and not in a good...
Liked: The bed was good.
Disliked: Where to start... Towels with holes in them, strange smells, broken bathroom body soap pump, hole in the wall fixture, broken fire alarm, sheets with a crusty pink spot. Then the free breakfast, wow that was something special. Someone had taken egg biscuits and separated them to put the egg portions in a warmer and the biscuits in a different warmer, problem was the egg portions were covered with bits and pieces from the biscuits, how exactly does that help someone who has celiacs disorder?

Over night concerns
Liked: I liked the location of the facility in relation to what I planned to do.
Disliked: 1. The room had a rush cleaning job, and the shower floor was dirty.2. The towels and wash cloths weren't the cleanest at all. They had black streaks and stains from something orange in color. I know good and well the housekeeping staff noticed these streaks and stains since they were folded. I went and purchased my own and used the hotel's for cleaning the shower and vanity areas.3. I noticed that there was advertising for a pool,but not on that property. Why would you even elude to guests that there are amenities on your property that aren't?
