Disliked: There was gross hair in the shower drain when we turned the water on and it backed up

Horrible

Disliked: I always stay here. Room had no good working ac. Called front staff told me they would come up to check out the ac. They never came up. I fell asleep was very tired drove almost 10 hours and in the middle of the night was sweating and uncomfortable.

Liked: Breakfast warm not very warm. Actually cool on eggs
Disliked: Employee at desk not friendly. Added extra cleaning fee of $50.00 which has not been refunded. I have never been charged hidden fees at any other hotel chain. Not likely to ever choose this brand again

Disliked: my room smelt like marijuana floors were nasty they werent vacumed bed sheets were not clean there was hairs all over both beds dirty stains and bathrooms werent clean . the odor from drugs and not being clean was horrible
