Baymont by Wyndham Lubbock - Downtown Civic Center

Do not stay at this motel. Disguisting! No hot water to shower; heating, A/C unit didn't work. Absolutely filthy.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: No hot water to shower. The heating, A/C unit did not work. Electrical outlets with no cover plates. The entire motel parking lot was filthy.

Disliked: Crackheads everywhere outside place is falling apart .

Don't bother!

Liked: Location was very nice, close to Walmart.
Disliked: Light bulbs flickered or didn't light at all. Baseboard by door was missing. TV was impossible to get any channel. Worst Baymont motel I have ever stayed in!

Liked: The staff. Especially the maintenance guy. He was very helpful & when an issue with our room couldn’t be sorted he done everything he could do sort us out a new room.
Disliked: To be honest the whole place needs to be completely redone. The rooms were dirty & bathrooms quite awful. The bed however was comfortable but the actual stay in the room was awful. Cockroaches everywhere. Dust. Mould. I attempted to have a shower but as soon as I turned it on the tap flew off the wall.
