Disliked: Elevators didn't work 75% time. Trekking up and down 11 story's was crazy. We got there at 6:30pm and our room wasn't ready until after 8:00pm. Furniture in the room was beat up and falling apart. Pool and Jacuzzi were dirty. No air Conditioning.

Disliked: Checkout time was too early!

Liked: It was a bit banged up around the edges, but very clean. Everything worked, except the TV remote was super confusing if you have never used a smart Tv before.
Disliked: More due to what WASNT said. Breakfast was not included. Parking is in a parking garage. Beware with larger size vehicle! Will charge for pool armbands and workout room cards not returned.

Disliked: Rooms were old and outdated. Elevators dirty. Stairwell dirty. Parking garage was a hike. To the room. Front desk was rude and slow to respond

Baywatch is great, but don't wait for Vacasa to fix things!

Liked: Our room was excellent--cute, comfy, nicely maintained--and the ocean view straight out from our balcony was 100% as pictured online. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The streets in front of the hotel and accessing the parking ramp were surprisingly quiet (other than at check-in/check-out times as the hotel). The ice cream shop in the middle tower was a hit with the grandkids.
Disliked: Our room A/C went out twice during our 5-night stay in July, and I'm glad we just called the Baywatch front desk and didn't wait for Vacasa to get on it. Baywatch resort staff had it fixed both times within an hour. I didn't even have a response from Vacasa until early morning on the day we checked out. I don't really understand the partnership there, but Vacasa needs to improve their response time when things go amiss.
