Liked: No bed bugs.
Disliked: It was just horrible for the price we paid. We got a jacuzzi room that lights flickered once turned on and had a terrible noise. There were dried up fries on the carpet. We got to hear the guests above us flushing the toilet, taking a shower, all at 2am. The breakfast... they had cooked sausage sitting out on trays in the back kitchen with no covering or anything! Lights were off, and food was just sitting out, very unsanitary.

Liked: The pool and bed was comfortable
Disliked: The staff was horrible. We had to wait two hrs past checking time to get into our room. When asked about the delay Staff said they were short on help and I asked what they were going to do to accommodate the delay and he told me there was nothing that he could do and he didn’t care what I did.

Disliked: Room was dirty. I accidentally spilled a little bit of water on the floor and I took a towel to wipe it up and the towel turned black from the floors not being mopped. I took a picture if you want it.
