Good

Liked: Location was right next to the beach and not far from shops/restaurants.
Disliked: Staff could be more knowledgeable about transportation in the area. We asked about using the Trolley but they didn't know anything about it. So we had to find someone in a store who told us it only runs in the summer months.

Liked: The guy who checked us in was excellent. The heating in room wasnt working & he got us a portable heater. He gave us most accurate & useful info about the Catalina Flyer
Disliked: Heating didnt work in thw room. They gave us a heater. So that was good
