Very nice and comfortable hotel. We would stay there again.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty, comfortable and easy to find.
Disliked: Only negative was they were not accommodating with their shuttle on the Sunday night that we were going to a concert at the Orange County Fair. That shuttle service was the deciding factor as to why we chose that hotel on that particular weekend.

A peaceful oasis just minutes...

Liked: Ambience, the quiet, the outdoor features, the lack of loud pop or techno music
Disliked: The coffee is exceedingly bad both in rooms & in the restaurant. But, at least the restaurant has half & half! Suggestion: invest in some inexpensive Keurig type coffeemakers for the rooms.

Great location and a wonderful...

Liked: I loved the free coffee in the early am and scone! The breakfast I had the next day was awesome! The pool was nice too. My suite king size bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The coffee makers in the rooms are pretty bad. The glass cups in the king suite are too small. Maybe a Keurig maker would be nice.

Liked: The hotel itself feels very comfortable. You can certainly hear commercial planes from the rooms but they were obnoxious. It was very clean, and the staff were professional and friendly.
Disliked: The pet fee was very high, and this was not at all clear on booking.com. For a single dog for two nights it comes to around $145: $50/night plus $45. They also didn't make this clear when we checked in; I only found out when I got the bill. They claim to be 'pet friendly' on their website but for $145, I'd call this 'begrudging'. I'm very curious what cleaning they do after a dog that doesn't shed stayed there that costs them $145.
