Liked: The staff members are very nice. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good. We loved the 24/7 coffee station and gym.
Disliked: The hotel is missing a laundry service.

Hotel is good front desk,...

Liked: Conveniently located close to my house so when relatives need to stay, I have a quick place where I can get them a room
Disliked: The lady at the front desk seems very rude, almost like she couldn’t be bothered and didn’t want to be bothered with me asking any questions while I was checking in!!!! It’s a nice hotel and convenient but honestly, I might think again about renting just alone because I don’t want to deal with attitude when I’m spending hundreds of dollars

Liked: Very clean, minimalist hotel. Staff friendly. Very good breakfast selection such as vegetarian.
Disliked: They had a large kid group for sports staying there. Consumed the pool area and were very loud. Staff did not intervene. We could hear them clearly from 4th floor.

Superb

Liked: Beautiful, fairly new, hotel next to the Brevard zoo. Right next to the interstate yet very quiet. Coffee available 24/7. Staff were very pleasant. Definitely will stay here again.
Disliked: The breakfast was very light. Egg bites and a bread item basically.
