Disliked: Bathrooms are awful, outdated and not properly clean. The mattress was not comfortable, probably old. The bedrooms say “recently updated” or something like that, but that’s only the built in tv/desk/closet area. Mattress and bathrooms are definitely many many years old…

Great location

Liked: Avanti hotel is in a great location on international drive near many food and entertainment venues, and has a lovely pool area.
Disliked: Room we had was quite dated and in need of a good update but we were only there for two nights so no fuss. People also be aware that there is a resort fee payable but most travel agents don’t tell you

Horrible experience

Disliked: I paid for an early check in. Me and my family were given a room that was still occupied. We used the key card to get into the room, there was a man in the shower, he came out startled, only in a towel. I had to walk back down 4 flights of stairs with my luggage to go back to the desk to then be given a room that had a filthy, sour smelling shower curtain. And after driving from rochester, NY, to the resort, all I wanted to do was take a shower. I had to wait for staff to come to my room to give me another one.
